Do you sell only used watches, or new ones too?

LeatherFlex operates as an online-only luxury watch store, which allows us to keep overhead low and pass on better prices to customers across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and the rest of Pakistan. All communication and orders happen via WhatsApp for a fast, personal buying experience. 

Do you deliver across Pakistan? 

Yes, we deliver nationwide, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi. Delivery timelines and charges are confirmed directly with you on WhatsApp before dispatch. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept bank transfer and other secure payment methods, which our team will walk you through on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. 

Watch Condition and Warranty 

What condition are the watches in? 

Every listing includes an honest condition grading, from lightly used to excellent condition, along with clear photos so you know exactly what you're buying before you commit. 

Do pre-owned watches come with a warranty? 

Yes, we offer a warranty period on our authenticated pre-owned watches. Exact terms are shared with you directly on WhatsApp for the specific watch you're purchasing. 

Do the watches come with box and papers? 

Availability of original box and papers varies by watch and is clearly mentioned in each listing. If box/papers are included, this will be confirmed before purchase. 

Selling or Trading Your Watch 

Can I sell my used Rolex or Omega to LeatherFlex? 

Yes, we buy pre-owned luxury watches directly. Send us photos and details of your watch on WhatsApp, and our team will provide a fair, no obligation valuation. 

Do you offer trade-ins? 

In some cases, yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your current watch details and the model you're interested in, and we'll let you know if a trade-in is possible.
