All terms apply to the use of our services, product purchases, and interactions with our platform, in accordance with applicable laws of Pakistan.

2. Shipping Policy

✅ Free Nationwide Shipping: We offer free shipping across Pakistan for all orders placed through Trust Leatherflex.

✅ Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or special occasions, delivery times may vary.

✅ International Shipping: For overseas orders, please contact us in advance via WhatsApp for a shipping cost estimate.

✅ Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for domestic orders only via TCS. Due to security concerns, customers are expected to pay before receiving the parcel. COD is not available for international orders.

For any delivery-related issues, please contact Leatherflex directly, as the courier company is not responsible for product-related concerns.
